How do I hide or bring back Tip cards (indicated by blue lightbulb)?

We call the blue cards with helpful information on them, "Tip cards." These will automatically open up when you first encounter a new page or feature. You can open them anytime by tapping on the blue tab with the lightbulb on it.

To stop the Tip card from popping up again, tap, hold, and drag it down to the box icon that appears at bottom of the screen.

To bring Tip cards back after dismissing them, open “Help & Info” from the left side panel (accessible via the = menu or swiping left to right) and tap “Reset Tips.”

How do I go back and see App Introductions?

You can rewatch the information shown during log-in in the Help & Info section of the app.

1. Tap the three line menu in the bottom left to open up the left-hand panel.
2. Tap "Help & Info"
3. Under the section "Revisit App Introductions" select either "Welcome" or "How Remento Works" to replay these screens.

The Help & Info page also provides links to instructions to Get Started, this Help Center, and an option to reset all the Tips that appear throughout the app.

How do I change my name?

If you sign up with Apple or Google, Remento will use the first name and last name (surname) associated with that account.

If you sign up with Email, you'll manually enter your first name and last name as part of the sign up process.

Regardless of how you sign up, you can change your first and last name in the "My Account" page.
