Position Overview

We're seeking an experienced marketing leader to join our team as our Head of Marketing. You'll directly shape our marketing strategy and execution, partnering closely with our CEO, CTO, and CPO to bring our family storytelling mission to millions. This role is designed for an aspiring CMO genuinely energized by early-stage startup pace. You'll lead customer acquisition and drive sustainable growth across all channels.

This role is hands-on, requiring someone equally passionate about strategy and tactical execution. You'll split time between managing vendors/contractors and executing yourself - developing campaigns, analyzing performance, and making quick decisions. The ideal candidate thrives in an environment that is lean, scrappy, and focused on fast experimentation. If your comfort zone is primarily managing large teams or extensive resources at big companies, this role likely isn't a good fit.
